Danza means 'dance'. Folkloric dance or in words that sound more familiar to me 'musica folklorica' is a way of life, a part of Latin American culture and one that has been a part of me since my childhood. As a kid, I was part of a dance group called Rumiñawi, an Ecuador dance group directed by my uncle a.ka, Tio Lucho, fast forward to today I am a part of that same group and Yurupari, a Colombian dance group.
